Veteran Care Program What is our Veteran Care Program? Veterans often have a wide range of health conditions that require personalized, home care. Sometimes, they only need short-term assistance for a medical issue. Other times, they require help with their daily routine, such as personal hygiene, getting dressed, meal preparation, and transportation to medical appointments. Our fully customizable Veteran Care Program works in conjunction with the VA Medical Centers across the state of Florida. Our services allow veterans to continue living independently with visits from a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide to assist with activities of daily living.
